Eurecna ICT supported the staff of omniONE USA to design and deploy the new version of the omniFEEDBACK website and application to introduce the innovative online service of certified feedback.
omniFEEDBACK is the first independent third party platform which shifts the traditional rules of feedback and turns it into a certification. It’s a proactive system which automatically sends an evaluation form only to real customers using a unique and disposable key with no need to register.
