Selection Process

Our recruitment tools are:

• A network of international companies, consultants and collaborators spread worldwide
• A consultants’ roster including more than 8.000 profiles of experts from all over the world covering a wide range variety of business sectors (Private and Public sector development, regional and local economic development, business management, education, Human Resource, capacity building, renewable energies, employment/labour market, information & communication technology, rural development, finance/banking, infrastructure, etc.)
• Job posting on the major websites in international development sector and national/international magazines

Whenever a vacant position arises we mobilize all our resources to identify candidates using clear evaluation grids. Since we believe you are keen to be considered in the selection process we strongly recommend to register in our database and to use the online application form whenever seeking an opportunity to be sure that your request is properly processed and duly examined by the relevant person.
Be sure that you are uploading your cv in .doc/rtf, our system cannot process other formats.
